Refund policy

At Voltage Presets, we strive for the highest quality in our digital products. Because our presets are available and can be downloaded immediately after purchase, we maintain a strict policy regarding returns and refunds.

1. Exception to the Right of Withdrawal (Digital Goods)

All products offered by Voltage Presets are digital downloads (including, but not limited to, presets, templates, and guides). Under European and Dutch consumer law, the right of withdrawal (the statutory 14-day cooling-off period) does not apply to the purchase of digital content that is not supplied on a tangible medium, provided the consumer has explicitly consented to immediate delivery and acknowledged that they thereby lose their right of withdrawal.

By placing and completing an order with Voltage Presets, you agree to the immediate delivery of the digital files and expressly waive your right to a cooling-off period, cancellation, and refund.

2. Strictly No Returns or Refunds

Given the nature of digital goods—which cannot be genuinely "returned" once downloaded, copied, or accessed—we offer absolutely no returns, exchanges, or refunds.

All sales are 100% final. Once the payment has been completed and the download link has been provided (via the order confirmation page, by email, or within your account), the agreement is fully executed and the purchase is complete.

3. Buyer's Responsibility

It is the customer's responsibility to carefully verify before purchase whether the product meets their needs and whether it is compatible with the required software and systems. Please thoroughly read the product descriptions, system requirements, and any compatibility warnings before checking out. An incorrect assessment of compatibility or functionality on the part of the buyer does not constitute valid grounds for a refund.

Although we maintain a strict 'no refund' policy, we fully stand behind the quality of our Voltage Presets.
